  • Diu Cow Fing Lau (controlling, pushing and pulling)
  • Sim Jim Tong Na (twisting, jumping and dropping to the floor)
  • Noi Sup Chung Dit (falling and techniques using the waist)
  • Fun Gun Chor Gwat (splitting the tendons and shattering bones)
